该岗位负责在福建省指定区域内开展销售活动,拉动市场需求,管理及支持利益相关方包括经销商、零售商和农民,传播FMC品牌并促进产品销售及消化。

The Role: Daily Responsibilities
- 所辖区域销售目标的计划制定和具体实施;
- 根据销售活动需求定期拜访经销商、零售商,完善区域销售网络;
- 通过有效的农民会,技术推广会和示范试验田等推广活动,积极拉动农民及零售商对富美实公司产品的需求;
- 有效地收集并反馈区域内竞争对手的产品和销售信息;
- 所辖区域的销售费用管控,包括管理和保护公司资产、设备等;
- 上级所指派的其他的任务或者活动;
The Candidate: Requirements
- 大专或本科及以上学历,农化类专业或其他相关专业
- 相关农产品销售推广工作经验5年以上;
- 熟悉农产品销售模式和渠道。
- 良好的团队合作精神;
- 良好的沟通能力和人际影响技巧;
- 良好的活动组织和协调能力;
- 主动积极,能承受较强的工作压力。
