JQ Investments HR Recruiter

In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects.

What you will do

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling.
  • Understand position requirements and criteria, define candidate profiles, and develop sourcing and search strategies to effectively support and execute talent acquisition projects.
  • Play an active role in recruiting for technical roles, including talent mapping and candidate follow-up. Utilize diverse recruitment channels to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR department.

What you have

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Prior experience in recruiting for technical roles is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the technology industry and technical roles, with familiarity in recruitment channels and effective talent engagement methods.
  • Strong project and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and deliver results efficiently.
  • Genuine interest in recruitment, with strong execution, learning agility, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
