As an Assistant Training Manager, you will report to the LOEWE China Senior Training Manager and will work closely with both retail and office teams. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, modification, delivery, and measurement of training programs focused on brand, product knowledge, selling, and service to support business objectives. Additionally, you will assist the Senior Training Manager in collecting feedback from retail through frequent on-site coaching and observation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assigned Area(70%)
- Responsible for in store coaching and training, ensure behavior change to drive performance of individuals and of stores.
- Inspire, motivate, and train the field sales force via in-store and digital coaching.
- Collaborate with key retail stakeholders to implement motivational activities.
- Support store leadership teams to grow and develop leadership skills, including people management and business development.
- Implementation of all HQ and local training programs and projects in assigned stores & area. Ensure all training programs' application in assigned stores, collect and analyze feedback from retail for continuous improvement.

Area training performance monthly sharing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation, summarizing training outcomes and providing recommendations.
Lead Regional Training Program(30%)
- Responsible for assigned training programs/projects management.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other supporting tools.
Measure and track the effectiveness of each training program and propose improvements. Manage all logistics of training for all retail needs.
Travel Requirement:
- Regular travel for in store coaching activities.
- Travel as needed to support training and other initiatives.
Competency required
Professional skills:
- Fluent in Mandarin, workable spoken and written English
- Employee Coaching and Development (qualification will be a plus)
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills:
- Proficiency in Training Program Localization and Implementation
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Photoshop, Social media, video shooting & editing skills will be a plus

Education and Experience required:
- Minimum 5-7 years of training and development experience in fashion/luxury industry, Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred
- Bachelor degree and above
