Planning, preparation and collection of release relevant input and information Component specification, requirements alignment, supplier management, component timing management, change control, relevant build support activities, function, component, and vehicle validation testing including production validation & technical approval on HV-Battery level Electric/Electronics parts release under requested milestone and timing. Support on benchmarking of E/E HV components for the Chinese Market. Responsible for execution of SW bundle archive and release under requested milestone and timing Responsible to ensure development's execution of Golden Rules requirements Responsible for problem investigation, reporting & resolution under requested milestone and program timing Responsible for software relevant release approach, documentation, problem solving, clarification and release approval. Composing HVB PDM, RFQ documents, etc. Supporting for composing the P/B/BMG/K-release checklist and making the release process or recommendation according to PEP development process of VW group. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electric/Electronic Engineering,
Mechatronics Engineering, Electrochemistry, Automotive Engineering or any respective fields. Minimum 5 years of professional experience as electrical engineer in battery company or OEMs. Comprehensive knowledge in CAD, CAN/Flexray, LIN, bus systems. Working experience in/with companies of VW group or experience in/with XP is preferred, understanding the VW process is preferred. Aware of ISO 26262 and functional safety requirements. Proficiency in working with software used in battery development and testing, e.g., CATIA, CANoe, ODIS. Familiar with MS such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, business fluent in written & spoken, German is a plus. 3. System Engineer Functional specification development for high voltage battery systems. Planning, preparation and collection of release relevant input and information Requirements management along the high voltage battery development process, define the project timeline for a potential level release in each phase of the project. Work together with cross-functional departments, set up project milestones as well as coordinate activities to pursue tight time schedules. Align the work scope and results at each corresponding technical development phase. Coordinating and supporting high voltage battery development process and commissioning prior to corresponding testing/deliveries. Following up the development timeline to ensure the smooth progress of the project. HVB system technical coordination, including technical requirement management, battery system performance, function, durability, etc. Coordinating and evaluating the system concept according to projects request and technical requirement Composing the P/B/BMG/K-release checklist and making the release process or recommendation according to PEP development process of VW group. Bachelor's or Master's degree in system engineering, mechatronics engineering, electrochemistry, automotive engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of professional experience as system engineer in battery company or OEMs. Experience in the design of battery systems for automotive applications Profound knowledge of bus systems, CAN, LIN, MOST, etc. Working experience in/with companies of VW group or experience in/with XP is preferred, understanding the VW process is preferred. Proficient in tooling used in battery development and testing, e.g., CATIA, CANoe, ODIS.
