岗位职责:
● 负责核心业务指标体系的构建与维护,通过日常数据监控与异常排查,及时发现并诊断业务健康度,输出日报、周报等数据看板,为业务部门提供高效的数据支持
● 深入理解用户行为、商业模式与业务流程,主动开展专项分析,如版本迭代、用户行为、增长策略、商业化变现等,找出用户行为规律,并输出高质量的分析洞察与 actionable 的优化建议,为产品和运营决策提供引导
● 独立负责或协同产品、运营、算法团队,进行A/B实验的设计、数据分析与结果评估,为产品功能、运营策略和算法优化提供数据支撑
● 负责业务数据埋点需求的梳理、评审及验收,确保数据采集的准确性、完整性与规范性,为后续分析工作提供高质量数据基础
任职要求:
● 3年以上互联网行业数据分析经验,对用户行为数据有深刻理解,有影像或工具类App相关经验者优先
● 掌握SQL,能独立完成复杂数据查询与提取熟悉Python/R等至少一门脚本语言,能进行数据处理与统计分析
● 熟用数据分析方法、A/B实验基础理论,并有丰富的应用经验
●熟悉工具(如Tableau、PowerBI、Superset等)并有实际报表开发经验
● 业务理解力:具备强烈的业务同理心和敏锐度,能够快速理解业务需求,并将业务问题转化为数据分析问题,提供有效的解决方案
● 沟通表达:具备优秀的结构化思维和书面表达能力,能清晰、准确地向非技术人员解释
● 复杂的数据洞察,并能有效推动项目落地

Responsibilities:
- Basic Business Analysis & Monitoring:
● Responsible for constructing and maintaining core business indicator systems. Monitor daily data and troubleshoot anomalies to promptly identify and diagnose business health. Produce daily/weekly reports and data dashboards to provide efficient data support for business departments.
- Specialized Analysis & Business Insight:
● Deeply understand user behavior, business models, and workflows. Proactively conduct specialized analyses (e.g., version iterations, user behavior, growth strategies, commercialization) to identify user behavior patterns. Deliver high-quality analytical insights and actionable optimization suggestions to guide product and operational decisions.
- A/B Testing Analysis:
● Independently or collaboratively design A/B tests with product, operations, and algorithm teams. Perform data analysis and result evaluation to support product features, operational strategies, and algorithm optimization.
- Data Collection & Governance:
● Organize, review, and validate business data tracking requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardization of data collection, providing a high-quality data foundation for subsequent analysis.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Knowledge:
● 3+ years of data analysis experience in the internet industry, with deep understanding of user behavior data. Experience in imaging or tool-based Apps is preferred.
● Proficient in SQL, capable of independently handling complex data queries and extraction. Familiar with at least one scripting language (Python/R) for data processing and statistical analysis.
● Familiar with common data analysis methods and A/B testing fundamentals, with substantial practical application experience.
● Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset) and practical report development.
