该职位来源于猎聘 Task:  Assist project manager to accomplish onsite team management  Emphasizing on project management  Coach engineer and improve engineer skills  Resource management and control across projects and engineers  Proactive communication with customer engineer level staff  Monitor and evaluate engineer's project performance  Lead root cause analysis and solutions for customer complaints  Responsible for 5S, Standardization, process management and safety  Manage own control and rework projects( 50% below engineer project quantity)  Onsite inspection team performance review Qualification:  More than 3 years working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control  Experienced in 6S, standardization  Minimum 3-year process management experience in factory  Minimum 2-year team management experience  Strong communication skills and motivation  Experienced in problem solving process, eg. 8D and quality tool application  Experience in customer service is a plus  Good ability to motivate people  Good ability in multi-task management  Good ability in time management and pressure management  Good executive ability  Experienced on the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint reports
