Responsibilities
1.Tech Industry Analysis and sharing to the executives of Global Tech brands
2.Set up thought leadership in Tech for GfK, by delivering depth of insights
3.Make sure the customer satisfaction of clients
4.Lead the HQ CSM team to drive the service delivery and make sure yearly renewal rate together with sales team
5.Deliver guidance to global CSM team in different regions.
6.Go-to-market strategy setting for client and advice for growth.
7.Project management
8.Conduct research programs on competition, Marco market impact, market entrance and etc.
9.Drive research leveraging both industry data and consumer data.
10.Be responsible for the global business
11.Manage the relationship of Senior Roles of Tech client, as the role of consultant and industry through leader.
12.Cooperate with global team and China unit team closely
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above;
At least 7-8 years of work experience in a professional market research company, with experience in retail research or brand research, able to independently carry out questionnaire design and related channel interview work;
Proficient in using statistical software such as Excel, PPT, Word, SPSS or SAS;
10 years' analysis experience in Tech.
Highly sensitive to data, possessing excellent logical analysis skills and sharp insight;
Good report writing ability, language expression ability, management skills, and interpersonal communication skills;
Good presenter to C-Cuites
5 years team management experience
5 years Project management experience.
consumer survey experience is preferred.
Good Team player
Experience in global role is preferred.
