This role is new role designed to better support Lay's NPC business growth and elevate brand equity building

Responsibilities
To better support Lay's NPC business growth and brand equity building, this role is designed to:

  • Support Lay's NPC mega campaign landing from planning, ideation, to execution
  • Lead and deliver social seeding and social engagement parts for above mega campaigns to elevate Lay's connection with youth
  • Support NPD development for above mega campaigns with speed-to-market delivery
  • Lead NPC SKU optimization with performance analysis, optimization plan and execution
  • Lead consumer understanding and youth insight to elevate NPC team's connection with target consumers

Qualifications

  • Independent project leadership to deliver OTIF
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities to support several workstreams with strong timeline and project management capability
  • Sufficient knowledge of marketing innovation / campaign development / consumer Insights / market research
  • Creative, open minded and digital savvy
  • Solid experience of budget control and resource allocation
  • Passionate on brand marketing and innovation
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, can-do attitude, willingness to learn
  • Committed and accountable with a high sense of responsibility to follow things regardless of challenges
  • Proficient in relevant computer skills
  • Effective interpersonal communication
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years FMCG marketing-related experiences
  • Professional working proficiency in English
