- Prepare commercial quotations and lead negotiations with clients as per supervisor instructions.
- Maintain strong client relationships, understand client requirements, deepen interaction to align on take-rate, volume growth, investment agreements, and price trends. Schedule regular QOP meetings to clarify changes.
- Manage SAP sales data, analyze sales metrics (price trends, vehicle data, plan vs. actual), and provide insights. Complete GECOS sales tasks promptly.
- Establish transparent communication with cross-location teams (SHA/COB/OST/BNA). Conduct regular sales meetings with COB and BNA to exchange client and project updates.
- Align with company strategies to achieve project KPIs through team collaboration.
- Oversee sales planning initiatives (MAUS, competitor strategy, CUP, quarterly forecasts, etc.).
- Analyze market potential and competitors, integrating findings into annual sales and group-level competitor plans.
- Participate in internal/external problem-solving, propose profit improvements, and quote engineering changes.
- Review client documents and contracts (Nomination Letters, Tooling Contracts, GTC, Warranty Agreements).
- Coordinate SOP/EOP timelines, service parts, lifetime demand definition, and tooling disposition. Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English.
- Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience, with 7+ years in automotive sunroof account management (KAM role).
- Expertise:
- Extensive C-OEM and International-OEM business development experience.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and market/competitor analysis reporting.
- Language: Fluent English (verbal and written communication).
