JOB DESCRIPTION
- Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and standard work to project activities to meet required business case and deliverables.
- Cooperating with cross function teams(Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and Finance) consistently to deliver projects with quality and service from end to end (AD/NPI/VECE/EWR/EOL) and in charge of project meeting 4ONs as well as the portfolio metrics, such as PG5 compliance, 100% process compliance, saydo%, Milestone Fidelity, cycle time, EAC
- Well understand and demonstrate skills to manage project cost, product cost, risk management, and integrated scope change control processes.
- Develop and execute resourced schedules while applying work breakdown structures and managing deadlines.
- Owning execution at the portfolio level, reporting, and cross-portfolio impact assessment.
- Understanding of project, program, and portfolio processes, and ability to take direction and work independently on project tasks and reports.
- Ability to navigate relationships with cross-functional partners for support.
- Complete and support the upper manager assigned other tasks
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering or above
- 5 years project management experience in hardware and software R&D
- Familiar with new product development methodology, agile experience is a preferred
- Ability to manage multiplied, system level tasks, under a global environment
- Think strategically and logically, can make own decision per analysis
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- PMP certificated is high desirable
