Core Job Responsibilities
- Lead the SFE regular operation e.g., target, sales data collection, dashboards generation.
- Work with BP team for sales planning via providing tools, data and methodology; monitor and coordinate the planning process; support SFE for national target allocation.
- Lead the operation team to build up and upgrade critical systems, i.e., commercial data hub, sales planning system, performance tracking system and DDI tools.
- Build up sales operation governance and process; keep working on process optimization and change management.
- Build up data governance and process; keep working on process optimization.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis per leadership requirements. Day-to-day performance tracking and advanced analytics providing for cross BUs insights analysis and region dashboard connection and collaboration.
- Cooperate with related internal stakeholders (including global peers) and external partners for data sharing and alignment, KPI etc. reports. Coordinate global benchmark & local feedback.
Experiences
- Bachelor's degree and above
- 8+ years of total experience with deep understanding of core business of pharmaceutical
Skills And Competencies Required:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- SFE or BI relevant background
- Project management of commercial system experience
- Experience in cross functional roles in matrixed organizations
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical experience on Excel (or other modelling tools)
- SFE BP experience as a plus
- Consulting background as a plus
