NHS Grampian is looking for an enthusiastic individual interested in taking on a high profile role to facilitate change in behaviours and culture to support the wellbeing of Resident Doctors. This role provide the post holder with a unique opportunity to work on a rota system providing day, night and weekend cover in the Break Project Team. The team provides dedicated focus for a year to embed culture change, working with medical staff at all levels and supporting the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will be comfortable working in close collaboration with clinical leadership and operational management to identify and collaboratively address challenges that may impact on breaks. They must be able to exhibit excellent communication skills, as the role involves continual conversations with Resident Doctors and Medical Leaders, and have a good level of fitness as it involves walking between wards across the site. This is a rare opportunity to engage in a high profile area of work that requires passionate, motivated and value driven individuals who will confidently support change in behaviour and culture.

This is a fixed term, full time post, for 11 months. Interviews will be held on 13 November 2025. Please bear in mind we anticipate high interest for the role therefore the advert may close early.
