Support for the preparation of quotes for new projects and the service agreements with Corp. Service agreement deliverable package preparation and follow up of acceptance by Corp. Coordinate with Corp and project owners to set up the service agreement (MSA/ISA) signature plan, and to monitor the status of service agreement approval. Work with project owners to provide necessary supporting material for VAT exemption application. External spending management, including ESP management and on-site contractor management. Follow-up the engagement and approval of DOA, keep related information synchronized between project team and management level. Coordinate with RBAC finance team on behalf of function teams. Team ramp-up support: workspace requirement, ISIT requirement, other equipment requirement. Assisting with projects: providing support for various projects, such as data analysis, preparing reports, etc. Qualifications: Education- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for engineering background or business administration. Experience- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in auto-motive industry. Skills- Strong communication and data analytical skills are essential, including advanced Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint are mandatory.
Initiative and Responsibility- A strong sense of ownership and a drive for results are critical. Language Proficiency- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
