Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the supplier base to make sure COS
- Take lead on driving material cost reduction by negotiation, VAVE (value added value engineering), sourcing, bidding, and etc.
- Define commodity strategy and ensure solid execution of the corresponding action plans across the organization
- Negotiate VMI program and business contract with suppliers.
- Facilitate the understanding and use of leading-edge technology in the sourcing Optical components and materials on a global basis
- Manage supplier's partnership and risk
Qualification & Requirements
- BS+ degree.
- Knowledgeable on optical material technology and manufacturing process
- Strong negotiation and presentation skill
- Skillfully communicate in English in both verbal and written
- Business Environment awareness
