Job Summary
Responsible for leading a production planner team on production plan to fulfill customer demand and optimizing inventory. Leads a Supply Chain / Logistics team, implements Supply Chain / Logistics strategy, standards, and guidelines in the area of responsibility. Manages the warehouse team and coordinates daily warehouse operations. Builds an efficient collaborative team, improving the efficiency of warehouse personnel and equipment. Promotes the digital and automated transformation of logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management & Team Leadership):
- Leads a Supply Chain / Logistics team, implements Supply Chain / Logistics strategy, standards, and guidelines in the area of responsibility.
- Manages the warehouse team and coordinates daily warehouse operations.
- Promotes the digital and automated transformation of logistics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover, transportation costs, etc., and generate regular analytical reports.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Implements and optimizes internal logistics processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Ensures the safety and compliance of warehouse operations.
- Plans and organizes inventory counting, ensuring the accuracy of inventory.
Collaboration & Support:
- Cooperates with other departments, optimizing overall supply chain efficiency.
- Supports the implementation of new projects and initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- ]+ years in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Familiar with SAP system, WMS system.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
