该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述Job description Purpose (目的) 主导新型电机(无稀土/超高速等)电磁技术预研与核心项目设计。 攻克效率/成本难题,带团队+布局专利,保障量产稳定性。 Lead the electromagnetic technological pre-research and core project design of new-type motors (rare-earth-free/ultra-high-speed, etc.), overcome efficiency/cost challenges, lead teams + layout patents, and ensure mass production stability Roles (役割) 1. 技术预研与方案:牵头新型电机(轴向磁通电机、无稀土电机、超高速电机)的电磁技术预研,输出可行性方案,主导核心车型电机电磁方案定义 Technology pre-research and solution leadership: Lead the electromagnetic technology pre-research of new motors (axial flux motors, rare earth-free motors, ultra-high-speed motors), output feasibility plans, and lead the definition of electromagnetic solutions for core vehicle models 2. 深度仿真与难题攻克:负责电磁-热-力多物理场耦合仿真,解决复杂技术问题(如高速电机铁损抑制、永磁体退磁防护),确保电机核心指标(高效率,高功率密度)行业; In-depth Simulation and Problem Solving: Responsible for electromagnetic-thermal-structural multi-physics coupled simulation, solve complex technical issues (e.g., iron loss suppression of high-speed motors, permanent magnet anti-demagnetization protection), and ensure industry core motor indicators (high efficiency, high power density); 3. 团队指导与技术规划:指导中级工程师开展电磁设计与仿真,制定团队技术能力提升计划(如新型仿真工具推广、电磁设计标准化),参与公司电驱系统技术路线规划(如电机拓扑、材料选型规划); Team Guidance and Technical Planning: Guide intermediate engineers in electromagnetic design and simulation, develop team technical capability improvement plans (e.g., promotion of new simulation tools, standardization of electromagnetic design), and participate in the company's electric drive system technology roadmap planning (e.g.,motor topology and material selection planning); 4. 量产保障与成本优化:主导电机电磁设计降本方案,在保障性能前提下实现单台电机成本降低; Mass production guarantee and cost optimization: Leading the cost reduction solution for motor electromagnetic design, achieving cost reduction for each motor while ensuring performance; 5. 根据客户及内部项目需求,按照计划独立细化&完成电磁设计,并汇报。 Based on customer and internal project requirements, independently refine and complete electromagnetic design as planned and report. 6. 面对客户对设计内容,设计周期,试验项目等进行部门内及部门间沟通。 Communicate within and between departments regarding customer requirements for design content, design cycle, test projects, etc. 7. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 Finish other work arranged by leader 任职条件Job Requirement 学历 硕士及以上 专业 电气相关 外语 英语/日语 证书 工作经验 5年以上工作经验 知识技能 1. 学历与经验:本科及以上学历,电气工程及其自动化、电机与电器等相关专业,5 年以上新能源汽车驱动电机电磁设计经验,至少主导过 1 款核心车型电机(如高压平台、无稀土电机)研发并量; Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Motor and Electrical Appliances or related majors; over 5 years of experience in electromagnetic design of new energy vehicle drive motors; led R&D and mass production of at least 1 core vehicle motor (e.g. high-voltage platform, rare-earth-free motor); 2. 专业技能: 精通各类电机拓扑(PMSM/轴向磁通/多相电机)电磁设计原理,能独立解决电磁领域复杂难题。且了解新型材料应用,熟悉电机量产工艺对电磁性能的影响。 Professional Skills: Proficient in electromagnetic design principles for various motor topologies (PMSM/axial flux/multi-phase motors), and able to independently solve complex electromagnetic problems.
