该职位来源于猎聘 Key responsibilities: Daily customer communication to collect customer VOC and identify reasonable customer requirement Daily communication with function team(Incl. plant) to accurate deliver customer reasonable requirement to them Maintain customer partnership to satisfy customer by providing better engineering service and competitive product Manage individual new product development projects and coordinate activities with customer / plant (incl. local and global) within the department and cross functionally to meet milestone dates Identify project Risk timely and effectively and take action to mitigate the risk Perform system integration analysis to achieve optimal system design in terms of function and cost. Manage the APQP, lessons learned, ED/T, timing plan etc. Perform and lead product development in CAE, testing, instrumentation data acquisition, generating design of experiments, analyze and generate reports with recommendations and conclusions. Generate DFMEA / DVP&R / CC/SC list / ESI etc. Support modifications to existing tests, procedures, standards, and specifications, and provide technical assistance for prototype and pre-production development of new designs Lead engineering changes effectively
Lead on-time delivery drawings and BOM for customer and internal order Support master PE to track engineering change status and deal with customer order and deviation process, responsible for ECM/ECR creating / summary the technical status sheet / related documentation management Check drawing difference between the current and previous version from EU/NA engineering homeroom Regular Double check Planisware status and upload the related documentation Issue PR and track the status of PR/PO Strictly follow stock in and out process to track the delivery status of prototype for internal test Schedule meeting with plant (MET/SQE/PM) and confirm the attendance Track the on-time attendance of design review meeting Reserve meeting room for customer visit and relating job if necessary Qualifications/ certifications: Bachelor's degree from mechanical, automobile or engine, master's degree a plus Min 3~5 years' experience in automobile industry, experience in exhaust system and emission after-treatment system technical or projects work is preferred Preferably automotive engineering with emphasis on diesel commercial vehicle. Capable to perform effective communication with different people with different needs Ability to operate at least one 3D modeling software, like CATIA, UG. IDEAS, etc. with simple function Know CAE / FEA / Durability tests and why / when these tools are needed and effective Ability to travel to suppliers, plants, and customer locations to support development requirements. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Exhaust manufacturing experience and knowledge of lean enterprising principles a plus
