Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for advanced industry engineering CCS (cell connection system) projects at NPI stage.
- Responsible for new production line design review and approval.
- Responsible of RFQ support with regional/site IE for mass production line.
- Responsible for PFMEA at prototype stage and pre-production stage
- Responsible of approval of mass production PFMEA created from reginal/site.
- Responsible of approval of new production line validation and transfer.
- Responsible of approval reginal/site production workshop plan, layout, site resource plan.
- Responsible of audit site IE cost control and inventory/routing optimizing.
- Responsible of approval of SOP design
- Periodical meetings with reginal/site IE and provide guidance.
- Audit reginal/side IE working performance.

- 负责确认新项目SOP设计,
- 定期和区域/工厂IE开会并提供指导,
- 审核区域/工厂IE的工作绩效
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or industrial engineering.
- At least 10 years of work experience in manufacturing industry, experience in automotive industry is advantage.
- At least 5 years in doing the job of industry engineering and handle at least one project with LTR more than USD50mil.
- Good experience in CCA (current collector assembly)/CCS (cell connection system) manufacturing process.
- Good experience in automation assembly line.
- Good experience in production line setting up and ramping up.
- Familiar with IE tools application and can provide successful examples to show cost saving or line improvement.
- Understand well EHS requirement.
- Good experience in PFMEA.
- Good at written and oral English.
- Familiar with 2D or 3D design software
- Familiar with MS office software – Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Able to analyze and solve problems independently.
- Good ability to work under pressure, able to deal with priorities in a timely manner.
