- Develop product processing, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
- Design fixtures and tooling required for production.
- Determine labor time and establish standard work hours.
- Follow work arrangements, provide on-site technical support, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement. General Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English, at least written fluency
- Good computer operation skills
- Maintain learning ability, have the courage to innovate. Professional Skills:
- Have more than 3 years of experience in processing and assembly work.
- Proficient in using 3D software to complete the design of fixtures. Why you and us
