Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Digital Transformations: Manage the full lifecycle of digital transition projects
(e.g., system implementations, platform migrations, digital process overhauls),
ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including IT,
business units, senior management, and external vendors, to define project
goals, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop & Execute Transition Plans: Create detailed transition plans, including
communication strategies, training programs, risk mitigation plans, and rollout
schedules. Manage the execution of these plans, adjusting as necessary.
• Change Management: Drive organizational change management activities to ensure high
user adoption of new digital tools and processes. This includes developing and
delivering training materials, FAQs, and support documentation.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that
could impact the transition. Develop and implement contingency plans to
mitigate these challenges effectively.
• Track & Report Progress: Monitor project progress against key milestones and provide
regular, clear, and concise reports to senior leadership and project
stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous
improvement of our digital transition methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information
Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) managing transition or transformation projects
within a digital/IT environment, such as software implementations, cloud
migrations, or digital workplace projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly
desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in change management principles and methodologies is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Fluency in spoken English
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS
Project)
