Key Responsibilities
- Act as technical coordinator with customer engineering teams, handling feasibility analysis, design proposals, and 2D/3D data to ensure products meet material and component specifications;
- Participate in new product quotation and solution presentation, define mold requirements, lead product design & development, and review CAD drawings;
- Track project schedules, complete DFMEA, participate in PFMEA, and ensure on-time delivery of new product technical development;
- Manage prototype production and mold trial processes, analyze trial results, and develop optimization plans;
- Support process analysis and engineering changes, summarize project experience, and analyze competitor designs for continuous product improvement. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
- More than 1 year of experience as a Product Engineer, proficient in plastic part design, injection molding processes, with skills in tolerance analysis and 2D/3D drawing interpretation;
- Fluent in English (oral and written) as a working language;
- Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to solve technical problems independently;
- Preferred: Experience in automotive OEM services or designing injection-molded decorative parts with aesthetic requirements.
