Position Overview
- We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with strong leadership and customer engagement skills to drive program success and support business growth in a dynamic EMS environment.
- Report to Head of Business
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of program managers
- Oversee major program deliverables including quality, cost, and delivery
- Manage product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production by coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals
Ideal Candidates
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a sizable EMS company
- Proven expertise in customer negotiation, RFQ and quotation processes, contract review, risk management, cost recovery, and NPI management
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
