*Network Expansion Advisor*
As the Network Expansion Advisor, you will be responsible for planning, proposing and implementing BRP network expansion strategy in the China market and support the overall BRP China strategic objective achievement.
You will recruit, assess and select new investors/dealers according to the network expansion strategy. Develop and execute transparent dealer selection process, location criteria, scoring system and approval process. Develop new network outlet formats based on market needs to lift up brand image, brand experiences while quickly covering blank spots. Develop outlet facility standard design and guideline including flagship stores, retail space, service spot and all potential dealer format and customer experience touch point. Roll out BRP outlet facility standard into network for existing and new dealers based on network strategy, including establish the project execution steering process (drawing, construction and quality control ) Vendor management including KPI set up, client review, periodic review and etc, to design company, project management company (I.A.), and suppliers of signage, material, furniture, and so on, to make sure high quality network facility build up.
You'll Have The Opportunity To
- To plan, propose and implement BRP network expansion strategy in China marketing and support the overall BRP China strategic objective achievement.
- To plan, propose and get approval the strategy within annual planning round
- Make analysis and proposal for the blank city or low performance city
- Monitor existing network performance and set up regular report
- Search potential investor resource for blank market dealer development
- Recruit, assess and select new investor or dealer according to the network expansion strategy
- Basing on network expansion strategy, recruit potential investor or dealer for blank market
- Collect and assess dealer intension report and proposed location and land/space
- Site visit for interview of potential dealer and location review
- Make selection report according to assessment and site visit to management for decision
- Develop and execute transparent dealer selection process, location criteria, scoring system and approval process, analysis market needs for new network outlet format
- Set up the dealer selection process with scoring system
- Establish the approval process with clear involvement with business function and decision maker within the flow
- Develop new network outlet formats base on market needs to lift up brand image, brand experiences while quickly cover blank spot
- Develop new format such as flagship, pop-up, retail space, service spot, and so on
- Set up business mode based on market research for new format
- Make dealer support policy for new format if needed
- Develop outlet facility standard design and guideline including flagship centre, retail space, service spot and community space
- Lead direction and develop concept design of standard format according to network strategy including flagship centre, retail space, service sport and community space with design company
- Make mockup and pilot basing on concept design to ensure the concept design could be implemented easily
- Optimise design and develop guideline and basing on concept design, mock up and pilot implementation
- Prepare of all necessary resource for rollout in network
- Roll out BRP outlet facility standard into network for existing and new basing on network strategy
- Set up kick off meeting, visit proposed land/space and make design proposal basing on new facility standard and align with dealer
- Set up project timeline according to network strategy and dealer intension
- Manage project with PM company to make sure project to be implemented with high quality
- Provide support to dealer if necessary
- Final check and send approval to dealer for new build or renovation
- Vendor management including KPI set up, client review, periodic review and etc, to design company, project management company, and suppliers of signage, material, furniture, and so on, to make sure high quality network facility build up.
- Support purchase team to select qualitied vendor for concept design, project management, signage supply, furniture supply and so on
- Set up KPI to each vendor to evaluate the service
- Set up client review system to dealer for monitoring supply
- Periodically review of vendors' performance to ensure the high quality service is provided persistently
*YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:*
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Minimum 10 years experience in network development or building industry as a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation skills, both visual/graphical (PowerPoint) and spoken
- Experience on leading design project is must
- Experience on dealer construction management is must
- Architect/designer with 4S dealer or shopping mall retail is preferred
- Communication and negotiation experience with investor and dealer is preferred
- Good presentation skills, both visual/graphical (PowerPoint) and spoken
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Word, Project is must.
- Highly analytical mind with a high proficiency in Excel, ability to slice and dice data to extract insights, synthesize and communicate findings
- Rendering drawing skill as plus
