Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored HRBP strategies to support the unique goals of each business unit, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and providing strategic HR guidance to enhance business performance.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business details to provide accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.

  • Drive talent management processes to build a robust leadership pipeline and ensure strong succession planning.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives by analyzing survey data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective action plans.

  • Drive impactful and innovative HR activities ("ability to stir things up") that elevate the HR team's presence and contribution.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team, fostering a high-performance culture and building capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

  • Maintain a strong learning mindset and curiosity towards emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI), adapting proactively to the organization's agility requirements.

Qualifications
:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-national or large-scale organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional HR certifications are highly preferred.

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Deep expertise in HRBP core competencies, with demonstrated strength in at least two specialized area.

  • Proven ability to analyze business operations in detail, diagnose root causes, and provide effective solutions, particularly in complex environments.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to understand and balance the needs of both management and employees.

  • Agile thinking, strong learning ability, and openness to new ideas and technologies.
