As a Global Mobility Executive, you will coordinate and manage international assignments, visa and work pass applications, relocation logistics, and cross-border compensation and tax support. The role requires close collaboration with internal HR, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and compliant global mobility process.

Work Description:
- Manage international assignments and mobility support services
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and residency applications
- Responsible for apartment sourcing and coordinating accommodation arrangements for relocating staff.
- Manage enrolment and termination processes for employee insurance coverage.
- Maintain and update master lists, including insurance records and annual leave tracking.
- Arrange relocation services and support employee/crew onboarding abroad, such as flight booking, car rental, hotel reservations, training, and medical check-ups.
- Assist with international tax and compensation compliance
- Maintain and update mobility policies and documentation
- Act as the point of contact for global mobility matters
- Ensure compliance with local laws and immigration regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in global mobility or HR coordination is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English for global coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
