该职位来源于猎聘 Job Overview: Managing multiple projects simultaneously through the entire life cycle from conception to delivery, closely working with R&D and production. Be responsible for ticket creating and following progress status, Evaluate the test results submitted by team members, discuss with client company; Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, communicate with clients on behalf of the team, maintain a good relationship with client, and communicate project problems in time; manage risk, investigate root cause of tickets and work on potential solutions . Goal: Maintain efficient internal team ticket management process and push for ticket solution. Major Responsibility:  Prevent risk and solve problems in time  Check the test cases.  Writing and monitoring of the defect tickets and follow up ticket status.

 Support continuous improvement on ticket quality & ticket rejection rate.  Instruct and guide (Junior-) test specialist or engineer

 Communicate the test results internal and external

Competency: Technical Skills  Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or a related major

 Several years of experience in test and integration E/E

 Proven working experience in test methods

 Excellent knowledge of Vector tools

 Experience in analysis and creating defect tickets. Leadership: Can coach as internal mentor . Language: Fluent English Other Skill:  High customer- and service-orientation

 Transfer know how to Juniors (applied for senior)  Ability to lead a small team preferred (applied for senior)
