  • Manage and follow the Local Key Accounts, quickly respond to line managers' and customers' requirements to promote their continuous growth with the company in product range, volume, and revenue 管理和跟进本地重点客户,快速响应直线经理和客户需求,以促进其在公司产品范围、销量及收入方面的持续增长;
  • Plan, market, sell, and manage new Local Key Account customers with a team of engineers, technical experts, and support personnel. 与研发工程师、技术师傅及支持人员团队,共同规划、推广、销售和管理新的本地重点客户;
  • Track feedback from Local Key Account customers and coordinate with related consultants and R&D staff to address it. 追踪本地重点客户的反馈,并与相关顾问及研发人员协调处理;
  • Maintain good relationships with R&D,Procurement, and Marketing members from Local Key Account customers. 与本地重点客户的研发、采购和市场部门成员保持良好关系;
  • Constantly enhance the company's knowledge of key contacts at Local Key Account customers and strengthen customer relationships. 持续完善公司对本地重点客户关键联系人的信息掌握,并强化客户关系。
  • Constantly source, accumulate, compile, and report market data, information, and intelligence regarding competitions and related activities to the company. 持续搜集、积累、整理并向公司汇报市场竞争及相关活动的市场数据、信息与情报;
  • Handle paper work management, including monthly reports, etc.负责文书管理工作,包括月报等;
  • Perform other duties assigned by the company and the sales Manager. 完成公司及销售经理分配的其他工作。 Requirements: 岗位要求: Minimum 3-4 years hands-on sales experience in FMCG especially in the bakery and beverage sales field. Baking experience is preferred. 3-4年食品行业的销售及经验,具备烘焙和饮料类渠道的销售经验。有烘焙技术经验优先。 Good communication skill with highest initiatives attitude. 较强的沟通协调能力,主观能动性强。 Willing to travel frequently and in short notice. 能适应短途的出差。
