- Develop CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. - Execute CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Manage internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and contractors to safely deliver project deliverables on schedule and on budget. Chair internal project meetings, track spend and schedule progress, and report into engineering management. - Develop & execute portfolio of continuous improvement projects (CIP), consisting of; a. projects proactively generated by engineering team through application of their knowledge and expertise and application of tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Capacity Models b. inputs gathered from local teams (operations, safety, quality) and global teams (NPI, lean, technology, and cost reduction teams.) 制定并执行一系列持续改进项目(CIP),具体包括: a. 工程团队凭借专业知识与技能,运用价值流图(VSM)、产能模型等工具主动发起的项目; b. 从本地团队(运营、安全、质量部门)及全球团队(新产品导入、精益管理、技术、成本削减团队)收集需求后发起的项目。
- Contribute to regular priority alignment and performance reviews with regional GMs and operations managers to ensure regular, structured alignment of CIP program. 参与区域总经理及运营经理定期组织的优先级对齐与绩效评审会议,确保持续改进项目(CIP)计划实现定期、规范化的目标对齐。
- Maintain capacity models for all STCs in role scope, collating site configuration, remanufacturing standard times, and volume forecast data to provide foresight of equipment utilisation changes. 维护职责范围内所有 STC(站点运营中心)的产能模型,整合站点配置、再制造标准工时及产量预测数据,为设备利用率变化提供预判依据
- Execute time-study program, ensuring products allocated to region are time-studied in line with internal standard. 执行工时研究项目,确保分配至该区域的产品均按照内部标准完成工时研究。
- Implement internal directives, such as Service Information Bulletins, issued by global teams to address quality or operational issues 落实全球团队发布的内部指令(如服务信息公告),以解决质量或运营相关问题。
- Fulfil engineering scope of Vacuum Technique Production System (VTPS) e.g. attend site operations meetings, conduct site walkthroughs, support problem solving activities. 完成真空技术生产体系(VTPS)中涉及工程板块的工作,例如参加站点运营会议、开展站点巡检、支持问题解决工作。

Use regional engineering function objectives to derive SMART objectives for local engineering team members b.
