You support our team as

Design Engineer, Business Unit Mounts
Responsibilities

  • Lead the work in design and development phase
  • Active role in the Acquisition Phase : design to cost and design to manufacture
  • Robust design to customer SOR
  • Define Internal DVP/DFMEA
  • Support Application Team for technical meeting with customer
  • Lead problem solving during development phase
  • Secure On-Time Delivery for all Design Activities
  • Secure Design Quality
  • Conducts Regular Design Reviews with Application Team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. mechanical engineer)
  • At least 3 years vehicle products design experience; NVH/Rubber knowledge is an advantage
  • CATIA/UG , FEA is an advantage
  • Chinese & Fluent English
  • Presentation & communication skills
