You support our team as
Design Engineer, Business Unit Mounts
Responsibilities
- Lead the work in design and development phase
- Active role in the Acquisition Phase : design to cost and design to manufacture
- Robust design to customer SOR
- Define Internal DVP/DFMEA
- Support Application Team for technical meeting with customer
- Lead problem solving during development phase
- Secure On-Time Delivery for all Design Activities
- Secure Design Quality
- Conducts Regular Design Reviews with Application Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. mechanical engineer)
- At least 3 years vehicle products design experience; NVH/Rubber knowledge is an advantage
- CATIA/UG , FEA is an advantage
- Chinese & Fluent English
- Presentation & communication skills
