Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Product Leadership

  • Define and execute a market-driven ADAS product roadmap aligned with customer needs, technology trends, and business goals.
  • Translate market requirements into actionable product strategies and lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
  • Lead and define product strategy for ADAS systems across different vehicle segments, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and customer expectations.

2. Product Lifecycle & Innovation

  • Oversee product lifecycle management, proof-of-concept execution, and go-to-market planning.
  • Drive innovation in ADAS architecture, modeling, and validation, ensuring manufacturability and scalability.
  • Create and manage key ecosystem partnerships across chipsets, sensors, cameras, perception, and vehicle control domains to support the product roadmap.

3. Market & Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with OEMs and ecosystem partners to anticipate needs and deliver compelling product value.
  • Lead technical quotations, cost modeling, and business case development to support commercial success.
  • Lead customer outreach by creating impactful engagement strategies and touchpoints with key OEM stakeholders.
  • Help craft and execute an effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Visteon's ADAS solutions in collaboration with OEMs.

4. Team & Organizational Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse team of product leaders and engineers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators

  • New Business Acquisition: Growth in new business wins and expansion within existing OEM accounts.
  • Industry Recognition: Increased visibility and acknowledgment of Visteon's leadership in the ADAS domain.
  • Market Share Growth: Measurable increase in ADAS product market share.

Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills

  • Engineering degree in software, electronics, or related field
  • Deep understanding of ADAS technologies, market dynamics, and pricing strategies
  • Proven experience in global product leadership and cross-functional execution
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, including semiconductor and software knowledge
