Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives in Greater China. This role will be instrumental in driving lead generation and managing integrated marketing, with a focus on content and event marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

Campaign Planning & GTM Execution

  • Manage campaign budget and planning for GREC to ensure ROI
  • Execute lead generation integrated campaigns across SEM, social media, webinars, industry events, etc…
  • Collaborate with sales to align GTM strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.

Content Marketing

  • Develop content marketing strategies and ensure the execution
  • Lead the development of China specific
  • Lead the creation of marketing assets including videos, capability decks, brochures, and leaflets, etc…

Event & Association Management

  • Organise, execute, support customer events, trade shows, sports partnerships, and other brand activation.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage relationships with trade associations and industry bodies.
  • Leverage memberships to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, leads generation, preferably in logistics or related industries.

Proven experience in digital marketing, event planning, and content creation.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and project management abilities
