  • 科学相关领域的学士/硕士学位;
  • 英语可以作为工作语言。
  • 必须有直接的工业销售经验。
  • 有光学和半导体应用涂层相关设备经验或邻近市场经验者优先。
  • 滤波片、镜头等产品经验,车载、抬头、AR/VR等行业客户资源或邻近市场经验者优先。
  • 作为销售经理的成功销售记录。
  • 强烈的商业意识和熟练的客户管理技能。
  • 在快节奏的环境中舒适工作,在压力下工作。 Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national and regional sales growth plans.
  • Forecast sales, analyze market trends, and present reports to the upper management.
  • Develop new application markets with design wins.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify market shifts and work with the engineering team to develop next-generation products. Qualifications/Requirements:
  • BS/MS Degree in a science-related field; MBA is a plus.
  • English can be a working language.
  • Direct industrial sales experience is a must.
  • Experience in coating-related equipment for optics and semi-conductor applications or adjacent market experience is preferred.
  • Successful sales track record as a sales manager.
  • Strong business sense and proficient customer management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
