- Develop and implement national and regional sales growth plans.
- Forecast sales, analyze market trends, and present reports to the upper management.
- Develop new application markets with design wins.
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Identify market shifts and work with the engineering team to develop next-generation products. Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS/MS Degree in a science-related field; MBA is a plus.
- English can be a working language.
- Direct industrial sales experience is a must.
- Experience in coating-related equipment for optics and semi-conductor applications or adjacent market experience is preferred.
- Successful sales track record as a sales manager.
- Strong business sense and proficient customer management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
