  • Implement the company's decisions and instructions to assist the company's new product development plan.
  • Responsible for the organization and management of new project development.
  • Participate in or guide the verification of processes and tooling during the trial process.
  • Assist the production department and the quality management department to solve technical problems.
  • Participate in the review of sub-contractors and propose effective improvement measures for customer feedback on product technical reasons.
  • Assist the sales department in the pursuit of new customers and new projects.
  • Participate in the company's annual budget for product development.
  • Strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations, and establish and improve the department's management practices.
  • EHS related responsibilities refer to the safety production responsibility system and EHS committee management regulations Requirements:
  • Master's degree, ideally in engineering
  • More than 5 years of job experience in auto parts industrial environment with project experience
  • Results orientation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Conflict management skills: ability to prevent and solve conflicts.
  • Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
  • Fluent in English and in the customer language
  • Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team.
  • Strong problem-solving techniques, strategic and analytic capabilities, planning and organizing abilities.
