Job Responsibilities
- Strategic planning for China's Infrastructure Business as an enterprise covering all aspects of business
- Lead key identified transformational initiative for the enterprise
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Forecast market trends and track China's Infrastructure Business performance against external benchmarks
- Research market to identify new opportunities and develop prioritized actions
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our products, Including business model innovation
- Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales and retention
- Development and execution of sales and marketing process to improve commercial organization efficiency
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction and improve China's Infrastructure Business scores at TOP 25 accounts
- Liaise with internal teams to develop strategic plans
- Establish a strong, long-term web presence
Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates Required
- Sales experience +5 year, including 2-year sales management
- Product and portfolio management
- Experience - Marketing, particular strategic marketing
- Industrial experience, in wear technology, mining construction.
- MBA is plus
