职位要求
This team manages a portfolio of airline accounts and is responsible for launching new airlines through IT aggregator APIs or direct APIs, optimizing sales in terms of content and ancillary functions, and identifying new commercial opportunities. We are looking for a candidate who is adaptable, a team player, and capable of working with teams both locally in China and globally.
You will translate airline objectives into actionable requirements, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and drive measurable growth in areas such as attachment and upsell, promotional ROI, and content quality.
Responsibilities
•Hybrid LCC enablement:
Lead integrations and enhancements through IT aggregator APIs and Airline Direct APIs; define business logic and acceptance criteria for shopping, ancillary services, bundling, and SSR.
•Airline commercial initiatives:
Drive airline ancillaries sales, airline branded faressales, improving "direct relevance" with each airline.
•Marketing orchestration:
Translate airline requirements into Trip/Ctrip campaign briefs; oversee mega-promotion readiness, business sign-off, and competitive pricing execution; support rapid market-level adjustments.
•Ancillary programs:
Initiate and coordinate airline ancillary promotions with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams; ensure launch readiness.
•Sales performance & readiness:
Monitor ancillary exposure and attachment rates; maintain readiness checklists; ensure enablement and execution hand-offs.
•Performance governance:
Monitor L2B/TPS of APIs, upsell KPIs, error/missing-data trends; file and track enhancement requests to closure.
•Partner governance:
Run regular business reviews/QBRs with airlines and IT providers; align roadmaps and close action items.
•Cross-functional facilitation:
Meet with airline commercial stakeholders; act as facilitation layer with product/engineering; coordinate execution with operations and customer service counterparts.
任职资格
Must-have
•5+ years in airline content distribution/OTA/aggregator/LCC commercial or connectivity roles
•Hands-on with IT aggregator and/or Airline Direct APIs/expericence with Airline IT projects
•Strong understanding of LCC commercial models (ancillaries, bundles, branded fares, SSR)
•Proven cross-functional delivery with commercial, product/engineering, marketing, and operations counterparts
•Fluent Mandarin/English (written/spoken); strong stakeholder communication with senior airline counterparts
•Data fluency: Excel/Sheets; familiarity with BI (e.g., Tableau/Looker/PowerBI) or basic SQL
Nice-to-have
•Exposure to airline PSS system such as Radixx/Navitaire or NDC concepts; knowledge of promo/pricing mechanics (coupons, strikethrough)
•Experience in oversea airline markets; additional Asian languages is a plus
•Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Lark/YouTrack, A/B testing, QA/UAT practices
