Supplier Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address non-conformances.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Conduct internal audits of processes, products, and suppliers to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, and process control.
- Proficient in quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis , Statistical Process Control , etc.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading quality improvement projects.
