- Managing developer meetings, including logistics and onsite coordinations during events like I/O Connect and Playtime.
- Collaborating with EBP/ABP for Google executive visits, including agenda creation, briefings.
- Coordinating team engagements, such as 1:1s and other activities during major events. Event coordination: 1) events with DevMKT support - work with BDM on Play content and agenda, content tracking and speaker briefings; 2) events without DevMKT - managing event planning, logistics, agency management if any and onsite coordinations.
- Work with agencies, partners, and a wide range of functional groups within Google to bring projects to live.
- Review, analyze and optimize programs for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Project management for assigned ad-hoc projects. Minimum qualification
- BA/BS Degree preferred with a strong academic record.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in tech marketing, with a focus on project management or partnership/account management experience
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently.
- Proficient in Google Workspace. Preferred qualifications
- Strong project management skills along with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid organizational skills with ability to manage and coordinate projects that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
- Motivated 'can-do' attitude, a strong problem solver and communicator.
- Solid experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns in China.
- Large scale online/offline event marketing experience and social experience are a plus.
- Strong Interests in the tech industry and has willingness/ability to learn.
- Familiarity with Google products such as Play and Android is a plus.
