该职位来源于猎聘 JOB SUMMARY To successfully drive profitable growth within the defined vertical market(s); via existing account relationships and creation and closure of new business development opportunities at Energy related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of Energy business in China.
  • Responsible for maintaining the relationship with these key Energy customers and follow up all active projects in their hands.
  • Responsible for the preliminary bidding work of power customers, as well as the coordination in the middle and late stage, including the business and technical parts.
  • Execute business strategies to achieve growth in responsible vertical. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.
  • Ensure all existing and new accounts have appropriate levels of support.
  • Manage existing account relationships in the vertical market(s).

Identify opportunities to grow revenue in existing accounts with more project won and share gain from competitors.

Maximize share of wallet and customer satisfaction through deployment of robust Account Plans.

  • Drive new business development with support from the product and R&D team, and business partner.
  • Drive and support effectively the key channel partner and its sales team for improvement of win rate and share gain in the metro and railway market.
  • Create and build value-adding relationships with key influencers and decision makers within Target Accounts.

Identify opportunities and stimulate initiatives to strengthen the relationship with key influencers and decision makers.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting as required by the business.

This will include reporting on funnel opportunity management, revenue forecasts, Account Plans, progress on initiatives and status of relationships.

  • Organize regular business review with sales team of key business partner for close tracking of the business plan.
  • Identify the key influencing companies in the end user supply chain and create opportunities to establish relationships with those identified.

Co-ordinate with Channel Sales to extend influence and control through the value chain.

  • In co-operation with Product and Vertical Marketing team to demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of target customers, keeping aware of key players, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Provide fact based input to Product and R&D team to help specify new customer requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with the Application Engineering team to ensure the customer receives the appropriate level of technical expertise and adequate support.
  • KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Automation Engineering or related major is preferred
  • 10 year relevant sales experience with proven track record in process automation vertical, special for Energy business. (Power, new energy, and etc)
  • Those with overseas EPC business resources and experience will be given priority.
  • Working experience in design institute or System integrator or end users of energy industries is preferred.
  • Working experience of overseas projects experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to sell Industrial network and industrial switches solutions in projects is preferred.
  • Experience of using standard business reporting tools and reporting on key metrics, familiar with SFDC will be advantage
  • Ability to develop successful cross functional relationships internally
  • Ability to manage time and resource effectively, managing multiple activities successfully
  • Experience of working within an international environment advantageous
  • Must be an excellent problem solver, comfortable to work under pressure
  • Ability to travel in order to fulfil the duties of the role essential – anticipated to average 50% of time
  • Strong communication skills for business discussion, good in Chinese and English
