R&D Trainee
Responsibilities
- You will start a career journey that combines technical skills with global perspective, contributing to product development and innovation, and helping Klüber maintain its technological edge in lubrication.
- Close collaboration with experts from our German headquarters and global branches, enhancing your intercultural communication and project management skills;
- Hands-on experience across the full development cycle—from lab research to production scale-up;
- Exposure to cutting-edge raw materials and additives, exploring their potential in high-performance lubricant formulations;
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing your communication and coordination skills while building a strong foundation for your long-term career growth.
Qualifications
- Master/PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineer or relative field;
- Familiar with literature & patent search, familiar with analysis method;
- Strong willingness for R&D technical and management work
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Fluent English – oral and written;
- Intercultural communication ability
