任职资格
1、销售经验:具备丰富的销售经验,8年以上国内主机业务领域的销售经验,5年以上团队管理经验优先。
2、领导能力:具备出色的领导和团队管理能力,能够激励和指导销售团队,达成共同的销售目标。
3、客户导向:对客户需求有敏锐的洞察力,能够建立良好的客户关系,提供优质的售前和售后服务。

As a Domestic Sales Manager for our OE products, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's global expansion and sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing market expansion plans, formulating sales strategies, managing customer relationships, leading a sales team, and conducting market analysis to support strategic decisions. With your expertise in international sales and business development, you will be instrumental in enhancing our presence in foreign markets and increasing our market share.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers, understand customer needs, provide solutions, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Market Development: Identify new market opportunities and sales channels, expand customer networks, forge new partnerships, and increase market share for the OEM business.
Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends, provide sales reports and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and enhance sales performance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for Receiving and Handling Customer Requests.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: Possess extensive sales experience, with at least 5 years in the domestic turbocharger or engine OEM industry.
Customer Orientation: Have a keen insight into customer needs, capable of establishing strong customer relationships and providing high-quality pre-sales and after-sales service.
Market Insight: Possess market analysis and trend prediction capabilities, able to understand market demands and competitive landscapes, providing guidance for sales strategies and business expansion.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excel in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Goal-Oriented: Have a strong sense of sales target awareness, able to develop sales plans and drive the team to achieve them.
Industry Insight: Have a deep understanding of the development trends and technical characteristics of the domestic OEM business, capable of responding to market changes and industry challenges.
