This position will focus on designing and operating tailored acquiring product solutions for WorldFirst's global SME customers (including e-commerce ecosystem participants, freelancers, developers, etc.), covering various scenarios such as bill payments, payment request links, and more. You will need to deeply understand the collection needs of different customer groups and scenarios, and collaborate closely with sales, product, risk control, and marketing teams to drive product commercialization and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Segmentation and Scenario-Based Product Design

  • Analyze acquiring needs of e-commerce ecosystem participants (such as independent websites, advertising, logistics), freelancers, developers, etc., and design customized product solutions (such as one-stop payment request links).

  • Optimize product features and user experience based on users' specific collection needs and behavioral characteristics.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Implementation

  • Work closely with product, technical, and risk control teams to drive requirement implementation and iteration, ensuring products meet customer needs and risk control requirements.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product operation strategies and training support for different customer groups (such as SMEs, cross-border freelancers). - Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional content for industry solutions (such as case studies, tutorial videos) to enhance product market awareness.

  • Data-Driven Optimization

  • Monitor product operating data (such as payment request efficiency, settlement success rate, customer retention rate), identify issues through data analysis, and drive optimization efforts. - Track industry and competitor trends, and propose differentiated competitive strategies.

  • Pricing and Marketing

  • Work with the finance team to develop pricing strategies for different payment methods, customer groups, or scenarios, ensuring product profitability and market competitiveness. - Develop targeted marketing incentives for different customer groups or scenarios to stimulate product adoption and customer growth.
