Responsibilities
Support leadership team by timely preparation of appropriate materials and briefings
Develop and network high quality communications and responses to requests from the various departments, as well as external organizations
Review business proposals requiring approval, provide other assurance services on behalf of marketing leadership team as required.
Ensure timely communication and alignment among Marketing Leadership team.
Network among BLT members as well as others in the organization, acting as an information broker, to connect ideas and bring ideas into action
Support the day-to-day team management activities such as budgeting, all-hands, recruiting, legal, PR, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, analytics or related professional background is a plus.
Considerable knowledge of Marketing in preferred OTA/Travel industry
Proactive and systematic approach, with good time management skills
Strong leadership skills, able to connect and communicate well with people
Excellent organizational skills along with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task; adapt quickly to changing circumstances; prioritise activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to understand and distill key messages
