Specialties To help ALYT realize its full revenue potential, we are looking for a new Branch Manager to join us. Based on the performances during the period the company will evaluate the possibility to prolong the contract. Being part of the ALYT cross countries R&D, Procurement and Production Team, the manager will work together with the ALYT Executives to agilely carry on operations, meeting target price, dealing with local suppliers and taking the lead in negotiations. The manager will be responsible of the daily running of ALYT local office in Shenzhen. The successful candidate has 3/5 years around sourcing and procurement in electronic environments, hands-on & driven personality, a positive attitude and enjoys working in an international environment. We ideally need an immediate starter as demand for our services is continuing to grow fast.If you are a self-starter with a passion for creating engaging user experiences, we would like to talk to you about joining our team at ALYT.Organizational context As a Branch Manager, you will report directly to the ALYT Executives. Key responsibilities & objectives 1.Responsible for sourcing and procurement for Finished Goods and Electronic Components;2.Responsible for suppliers' management, price negotiation and cost reduction;3.Responsible for the new suppliers' sourcing and vendor selection;4.Responsible for the negotiation on the business terms with suppliers and vendors;5.Responsible with ALYT Executives of the procurement, supplier relationships, R&D and production activities;6.Need to complete all of the related agreements;7.Manage daily operations of the local team (5 people) keeping detailed track of expenses.Profile and required qualifications 1.5+ years around sourcing and procurement in electronic environments; 2.High proficiency in spoken and written Italian, Chinese and English;3.Expert on cost breakdown and analysis;4.Excellent communication; interpersonal and negotiation skills;5.Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy & consistency in both preparing and reviewing work;6.Passionate learner with an inherent desire to stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and best practices.
