ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES
:

  • Through the direction of the supervision, manage and direct the flow of work, material and personnel, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste, on a daily basis, to assist the company in the attainment of their established goals for quality, productivity and timely delivery:
  • Working closely with scheduling personnel, to assure availability of necessary resources to perform maintenance scheduled assignments.
  • Review and revise Standard Repair Work Instructions, as necessary.
  • Provide training resources to assigned associates.
  • Monitor, develop, recommend and implement measures to improve methods, equipment performance and quality of production.
  • Continuous improvement activities and maintain IATF16949 and TISAX and EHS system compliance.
  • Strictly control downtime in order to maintain smooth production, and safety improvements.
  • Oversight maintenance headcount, utilize excellent efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coaching people build good talent ladder, at the same time working closely with HR department.
  • Candidates have contributing mindset and works closely with relative managers.
  • Detailly focus on cost reduction and annual maintenance planning efforts.
  • Active team participant in Kaizen, lean manufacturing and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Participate and perform inputs from technical standpoint as required.
  • Perform technical/administrative duties, as necessary, to include:
  • Associate scheduling and attendance records
  • Requires maintaining records and documentation
  • M&R cost Budgeting
  • Maintenance, major repair scheduling
  • Spare parts planning
  • Plant utility control and seeking improvements
  • ECAR required material and emergency appropriation development
  • Quoting for potential Business
  • Review and regulate staffing meeting requirements
  • Instrumental in the Performance management process by conducting performance appraisals.
  • Comply with IATF16949, EHS and CQI system's requirements
  • Comply with RESRG Employee manual, Code of Conduct, company social Accountability management requirements.
  • Comply with TISAX requirements

Qualifications
:

  • Bachlor degree preferred, and major in Engineering or automation background.
  • 7-10 years' experience in maintenance, and preferred automotive product experience.
  • Manufacturing equipment maintenance knowledge, electroplating of molded plastics industry preferred.
  • Nonstandard automation knowledge desired. Good budget control skills.
  • Strong management, communication and people skills.
  • Good self-study ability, good team organization mindset, logical and data analysis skills.
  • Internal audit: certificate of IATF16949/VDA6.3/ISO9001
  • Experienced applications of APQP, PPAP, PFEMA, SPC, MSA and 8D problem solving, etc.
