Acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep product knowledge to tailor solutions that meet client business needs. Guides customers through product features and benefits via presentations, demos, and industry benchmarks, ensuring they understand the value proposition. Provides ongoing support throughout the sales cycle to secure successful deals

Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:

  • Lead the technical pre-sales process for complex deals, acting as the solution architect for clients.
  • Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey, crafting creative solutions and advocating for their needs.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive customer momentum and ensure successful implementations.

Strategic Growth And Customer Advocacy

  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business goals and create tailored roadmaps.
  • Leverage customer insights to develop best practices and assets that accelerate cloud adoption across the company.

Customer Success And Mentorship

  • Plan and execute successful customer events and launches, collaborating with support and engineering for seamless transitions.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior sales consultants, fostering a strong knowledge base within the team.

Education
Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong technical knowledge.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including:
  • Interacting with executive stakeholders
  • Leading or managing IT implementations, transformations, or initiatives
  • Hands-on experience in public cloud migration

Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating across internal and external teams, including large enterprises.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese for effective customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
Collaboration and Partnerships:

  • Proven ability to collaborate with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.

Technical Depth

  • Experience with open-source solutions like Kubernetes, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and OpenSearch is a strong plus, with a history of contributing to open-source projects being particularly valued.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
  • GenAI
  • LMOps /LLMOps
  • IT operations/DevOps
  • Database systems
  • Networking
  • Cyber Security
  • Service architecture/ Micro Services/Service Mesh
  • Cloud-native application development
  • Hosted services
  • Storage systems
  • Content delivery networks
