Main Responsibilities
- Develop BU strategic plans to collaborate with central marketing and other X-funtional team ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers/influencers at key target, strategic departments in cardiovascular and transplant
- Provide insights for business forecasts and revenue management and participate in the determination of market potential and preparation of sales expense estimation
- Colabrate with local taskforces to achieve key performance target in hospital listing and objectives on other priorities
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback timely
- Consolidate and prepare yearly budget, strategic and business plans, and direct the planning and implementation of key programs
What you should have?
- Master Degree or above, Industry/product knowledge required
- At least 5 years with pharmaceutical industry with strategic marketing or consulting background
- Good marketing planning skills
- Good project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
