  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related filed.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role responsible for strategic planning and team management. Proven track record in food manufacturing management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and analytical skills with hands- on execution ability.
