About The Role
Responsible for direct material master data (collection; maintenance). Responsible for raw material supply for production orders (quantity; time). Responsible for direct material planning.
What you will do
- Responsible for direct material planning;
- Responsible for verifying daily PR list proposed by system with reference to historical consumption and sales forecast;
- Release PR to PO. After PO approved, send out to supplier;
- Input AB once receive order confirmation from supplier. Update AB on time if any changes;
- Subcontractor processing management including order handling;
- Follow commercial compensation process based on SD communication;
- Support new product launch/pruning;
- Prepare reports related to MRP function;
- Responsible for material master data collection and maintenance in GSAP.
What you will need
- College graduate and above in related major;
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in chemical industries and international company;
- Self-motivated, working independently, initiative;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products and familiar with ERP system.
