About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. This role will ensure our products meet the highest standards and drive continuous improvement across our operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in electronics quality management and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's quality strategy under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Manage and continuously improve the quality management system (e.g., ISO9001, IATF16949) for compliance and effectiveness.
- Supervise daily departmental operations, guiding and evaluating team performance.
- Lead talent development for the quality team, including training, performance reviews, and building a strong core management group.
- Set and achieve quality goals, standards, and KPIs.
- Oversee process quality control, data analysis, and corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier quality, including evaluations, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Control departmental staffing and costs in line with business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of quality management experience in the electronics industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within terminal block connectors or electronic components.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, and quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC, and 8D.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar systems for quality process management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
