工作职责:
- 转让定价合规文档编制(包括国别报告、本地文档、主体文档、特殊事项文档的撰写等);
- 在转让定价咨询项目中负责功能风险分析、价值链分析、转让定价安排设计、转让定价方案落地协助等工作;
- 在转让定价税务稽查应对及争议解决项目中负责案头分析,准备相关抗辩材料,协助客户与税务机关沟通协商等;
- 在预约定价安排与相互协商程序等项目中负责案头分析、报告主体准备、转让定价测算分析、可比性分析、协助客户与税务机关沟通协商等工作;
- 跟踪全球转让定价政策动态及行业实践,为客户提供前瞻性政策解读及合规风险提示;
- 在BEPS 2.0支柱二项目中完成测算工作及其他文书撰写工作;
- 其他转让定价工作
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历
- 具有3至5年专业机构相关工作经验,熟悉转让定价原则并具备相关理解
- 具备分析性、战略性思维及出色数字能力,能在压力下高效工作
- 良好的演讲技巧
- 精通中英文
- 熟练掌握MS Office办公软件,尤其精通MS Excel
